Middle Class
Bring in new advanced 21st century manufacturing is key to the redevelopment and bring back the middle class in any city. Manufacturing education for the new tech. jobs of the 21st century, along with state and manufacturing support for that education will be imperative for the success of a new middle class in these new cities. We need and should be planning for a new innovative mind set in going forward. Long term product development and innovation plans with manufacturing and our universities will also be needed to keep these new businesses on their Leading Edge.
And also focused on market-based opportunities in a culture that rewards risk taking, to be on that leading edge of innovation. Along with people and the environment will be top priority.
Societal issues also will be considered. We are given the additional tasks to care of and eliminate homelessness, poverty and inequality. If we are not able to eliminate these societal issues, we will continue to have problems.
There is a natural planetary balance that needs not be upset, for the sustainable level of a given population. Equality in health & education across all cities is crucial for this balance.
Our mission should be to change global products technology and leaders to make a clean energy efficient world. There needs to be a push to using solar, wind, both macro and micro energy systems and producing technologies for the betterment of the planet and people’s lives, their cities, states and the world. We should be doing things to help keep the world clean, run better and to improve people’s lives’ and for the well-being of the planet. It should not just be the technology impact or an enterprise profits, but actually the people who work in those enterprises. “This is Leading with Purpose.”
New Manufacturing for New Cities
To start-Solar Cell, Photovoltaic manufacturing of all new buildings, Wind Generator design and manufacturing for specific building designs, energy Storage System, Research & designs.
Bio-fuels production should be stated ASAP for a state with wide distribution of clean energy for our transport trucks and construction equipment usage. Advanced 3D printing for construction projects and homes, that will be designed for the new cities. Any state should always be keeping a look out for more advanced and diversified manufacturing for the betterment of a state’s communities, tax base, employment longevity and consistent employment of a state’s citizens. And for the future people that are coming from other parts of the country as C.C. begins to move people around. Creating climate change immigrants.
Let’s build a more consistent and recession proof economy and employment base for a state’s citizens. And with the E2 state wide employment shop, we would have all employment basis covered for the states citizens and make unemployment a thing of the past. Along with a state’s tax base benefits of full employment all the time.
