When it comes to designing cities, how have we done it? We don’t, we don’t design cities, we design blocks or area’s the size of a particular piece of property, land, a city block etc.. We design within a given area of property and that gets added to the other property area’s around it and it all ends up being a bunch of idea’s by many people, to many design firms and a whole lot of people. Than we build a building to fill that particular piece of property, along with all the others doing the same thing, NOT thinking of the over all feel of what the city should be or could be. It’s only designed to maximize costs.
They don’t care about the rest of the city or the environment around that certain area of the city or property which is owned by someone else. This is happening all over the world right now. The only ones who have done it differently is Singapore.
Here at 21st Century Sustainable City Development, we design the whole thing, we develop a concept for an actual “Designed City”. A concept that is the whole of one part, not several parts that are added to one another, a City Designed Environmentally for livability, the enjoyment of living in a city that’s not so different from living in the country, but bring the country back into the city. Than we separate the entire design into development groups for investors to develop that designed area. From the over all Master City plan for that particular city.
We design it all to flow together into one complete harmonious concept, allowing the city to flow in concept, usage and building a livable environment. Everything is designed to flow with the entire concept of a given city that is in a given area of land within that State.
And than we design the connections from that city to the other cities within that state, building a flowing concept of a complete harmonious concept within a given state and beyond and connecting with other states and their designs, all flowing into an actual flowing harmonious designed nation, making travel between area’s simple and effortless, and all without owning a car.
