What if we were to build a city/state as I have described here? We would be embarking on an amazing 21st Century city & states for our citizens and children, how they would love us for doing so. Setting them up for an advanced future for them and their children, setting that future in motion for all, focusing on people’s well being, connectivity, being creative and flexibility in our cities. Handing over a responsible future for the next generation.
These are the times I was born for. I am a futurist at heart. I’ve been bored with society for the last 50+ years, waiting for things like this to come to fruition. These times we are living in are advancing at a very fast pace. We must keep up, and go beyond the norm, it’s our choice. The changes we will see in the next ten years are difficult to see for most. Cities, buildings, homes transportation, it will all be new, meaning more advanced, smaller, lighter more efficient and improving peoples lives. We could create a technologically advanced framework for a holistic and resourceful society, with a futuristic mind set, which would be in very high demand in the decades to come.
I will repeat again here – Albert Einstein – said – The problems we have cannot be solved in the same level of thinking, in which we created them. So shall we repeat them again, its our choice, now. What will you decide?
This is why God has given me this plan, for my love of the future. As I have gotten older and lived in several states, I always see people looking for the same things a happy healthy enjoyable life. I’m a builder at heart, it’s my purpose. Climate Change will enable for this to happen, but will we be ready to do it correctly this time ?????????

I am in the process of doing something I feel born to do and has become the priority and focus of my life. Friendship and collaboration in my life’s work are equally important because I rely on the feedback of others. I pride myself in being open to input and applying worthy ideals.
There’s a part of me that’s extremely complex and layered. I have come to realize I’m no sellout and aren’t swayed by what others may want. Instead I’ve discovered how to honor my own code in life by listening to my instincts rather than the thoughts of others. To a given point. A good balance is essential.

I have learned that my dedication of my work in the world is aided by my social skills. I have the ability to intuitively sense what others need and make everyone comfortable and at ease.
I’m not like everyone else; my thinking is different from the mainstream and I’m intended to live life according to my own rhythms, purpose and meaning. A part of me is analytical and detailed-oriented; I have the capacity to notice everything, set high standards for myself and work meticulously to reach my goals for this life’s purpose I am living.
