This would be a state-run Employer to Employee Job Clearing House. No more looking all over for a job, for the job seeker, employers will list their job openings and the qualifications they require for a given position. The office then searches its state wide data base and matches a person with that position, then notifies the employer and employee of that company’s open position. All jobs in the state would go through here. No more outside sources, everything would be here at a state’s E-2 Shop.
