21st Century Sustainable City Community Development & social principles.
Utilizes social principles which will benefit the people. 21st Century Sustainable City Community Development is going to be a social company owned by the citizens utilizing a crowd funding to support, build and improve their community. The owners will benefit directly from the companies improved technologies and new design principles. These cities will be designed for a given population. For example, a five mile square area of land for a 100,000 population. It is important to design these cities to allow its citizens the freedom to move about without congestion or crowding within a given area of land with greenery around and in amongst each structure in the city. Including streets and personal transportation ways, walks, paths for small electric vehicles etc.. Local community businesses will be included with in their community area.
Larger cities will simply add additional circles for a given area and function. As we design these new cities we will be better able to nail down these design principles. It’s important to design these cities for people’s freedom to be able to move around without congestion and or to be crowded into a given area of land. The other principle to be understood should be bldgs spaced out to add greenery within and all around every structure in that city.
Large Local Corporation & Factories; needing large area’s of land for manufacturing etc would be located outside of the city within their own circle of land, with transportation to and from.
