2024 Lead in Letter
First, Thank You for your time and openness in reading my ideas and principles, I’ve included here. I offer these in hopes of helping others to move from our existing environmental problems and to move us to make things that are more appropriate for a new and cleaner future for all. I am seeing possible future opportunities. We have never been offered before as a humanity. These are great new ways of creating a new and equitable life style for cities, states, people.
A life style of opportunities for everyone, but first we need to see and understand that humanity is at a tipping point to where it will either better itself or destroy itself. We have taken the easy road for far too long, still doing the social ideals of a past generation, I have seen this coming for the past decades. The one thing that has helped us and will be a tool to propel us into a responsible future is technology. Some of us see a new future. Others are just trudging along, doing the same old thing. This has to change and change quickly, we can do it, just as our parents did after WWII.
But this time we have a bigger task at hand than our parents had, its completely changing the way we live in every aspect, it’s not only technologically but socially and spiritually as well, in our communities and our cities. We cannot continue to live in the ideals and principles of the past. We must blaze new trails with new ideas with more advanced principles in every aspect of our lives. New types of building design, city design, new ideas in education and ways of thinking and ways of living. We CAN NOT continue to live the way we are currently living, relying on the thoughts of society from the past, everything needs to change to assure our true future selves on this planet.
